SALON POLICIES

Prices: Our booking website gives you a 'starting at' pricing. All of our services are a base price according to level of the stylist, however there are many factors which can increase the pricing, not limited to length, density, texture or extreme scenarios. Do not hesitate to consult your hair stylist with any questions regarding pricing. Be advised that a desired look may take more than one visit. All adjustments to previous services must be booked within 2 weeks of original service and must have purchased professional haircare at Influx Salon, otherwise it may result in additional costs.

 

Cancellations/Lateness: Influx requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. Per our policy, Influx requires 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason. In the event that you are in the 48-hour window of your reservation, Influx will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of your service price. This sets our stylists up for success and enables them to fill the appointment slot with another guest inquiring. If you are unable to give 24 hours' notice there will be a 100% service fee. Emergency situations will be considered but are left to the discretion of influx salon management.

Photos / Videos: We are a modern salon which means we'll take photos / videos during your appointment. We will use these photos / videos on our social media + marketing.
